Course Overview

The Legacy of Surah Al Baqarah - Tadabbur, Seerah & Life Lessons

This course offers a unique and engaging study of Surah Al-Baqarah, combining it with the historical context of the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Students will explore and reflect on the verses through lessons drawn from Ibn Katheer, while understanding the circumstances of revelation through the life events of the Prophet (pbuh) and his noble companions, and drawing insights from the book Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar). At the same time, reflecting on how these lessons can be applied in daily life. Students will also be encouraged to memorise the authentic translation of the surah from the Noble Quran.

Duration: Six Months

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

        Understand the essence of  Surah Al-Baqarah.

        Connect the Quranic verses to their historical context and the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

        Reflect on the practical implications of the verses and apply their lessons to personal lives.

       Memorise the authentic translation of the surah from the Noble Quran.

Certification and Participation

Students who wish to receive a certificate of completion must achieve 80% attendance and successfully pass all course assessments (MCQ Quizzes: Biweekly & Written Assessment: Monthly). Those who memorise the translation as well will receive the certificate with excellence. For those who prefer to engage with the lectures without formal certification, we warmly welcome you to join as a listener only and benefit from the knowledge shared.
