Course Overview

This course explores how social media affects spousal relationships, emotional bonding, trust, communication, and family harmony. Drawing guidance from the Qur’an, Sunnah,  the course helps couples recognize unhealthy digital patterns, address comparison culture, manage privacy boundaries, and prevent emotional distance caused by excessive online engagement.
