This comprehensive Tajweed and  Training course is designed for dedicated students who wish to polish their Qur’anic recitation, master advanced Tajweed rules, and eventually earn an Ijazah bir-Riwayah to teach others. Guided by qualified instructors with Ijazah, this program combines classical study, practical recitation, memorisation, and teacher training, ensuring every student not only reads beautifully but understands the sacred science behind every rule.

Description:
This course focuses on the classical text Tuhfatul Atfal, helping you refine your understanding of Tajweed rules and apply them with accuracy. During this session, instructors will deliver in-depth lessons from Tuhfatul Atfal, students can understand the poem in Arabic and read it fluently and attain Ijazah bir riwayah, apply it practically and explain rules and engage in group discussions.
Personalised Recitation Correction: Before the main class, each student will have the invaluable opportunity to read out their recitation separately to a dedicated group in charge in a Zoom breakout session. This one-on-one feedback mechanism ensures that every mistake is identified and corrected, providing tailored guidance for your individual progress.
Course Outcomes
✅ A comprehensive study of the main rulings of recitation from the classical text Tuhfatul Atfal in a concise and clear manner.
✅ Practically applying the rulings learned in both recitation by looking in the Quran and recitation from memory.
✅ Refined articulation (Makharij) and letter characteristics.

✅ Receive Ijazah bir-Riwayah from the instructor and a Certificate of Completion from ILM4U

Course Instructor
Syeda Umama is a Hafiza of the Qur’an and a highly accomplished Islamic educator with deep expertise in Qur’anic sciences and Islamic studies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Islamic Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Tafseer and Hadith at the University of Sharjah, with aspirations to complete her PhD in Tafseer, in sha’ Allah. For Tuhfatul Atfal, Umama is certified by the Sharjah Quran Academy (UAE). Alongside her Islamic studies, she also earned a BBA in International Business Management from Dubai.
Her academic excellence is complemented by her distinguished achievements at the Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah, where she received certification in Qur’an and successfully completed a post-graduation course in ʿUlum al-Shariʿah.
Blessed with Ijazahs in Qur’an, Tajweed, Fiqh, Qira’at, and Hadith, Syeda Umama is also authorised to grant Ijazah bi-riwayah to Tajweed and other sciences. She has multiple years of professional teaching experience with Awqaf Dubai, as well as in leading Islamic centres and online platforms.
